We learn everything only after observing the people around us because people have created these languages to make communication with each other effortless. On the other hand, if you keep the infant in the place where animals live then he will take all the traits of animals that exist there. Similarly, if you keep that child in a place where no one lives like a barren or silent place then he will never think about the significance of language and communication. For him, everything would be silent. Above all, language is not a privilege from birth, every child learned it from a social being, and is created because it makes the way effortless to interact with surrounding people.
