Filter coffee is a creamy, frothy coffee prepared using a stainless-steel coffee filter and served in a tumbler. In other regions of India, regular coffee is highly popular, but in South India, inhabitants prefer making filter coffee since it makes much superior froth to instant coffee. In this post we explain the easy steps to make filter coffee:
To make a filter coffee, we need a set of ingredients to be handy. All we need are:
A glass tumbler
A filter for coffee
A tiny container
3 tbsp. instant coffee powder
250 milliliters of milk
A teaspoon of sugar
To make a filter coffee one must follow these steps:
Reassemble the standard coffee filter and upper compartment in the bottom compartment. In the upper compartment, add 3 teaspoons of coffee powder and firmly push down the cover. Cover the lead with the umbrella that comes with it.
Wait until the water level in the upper container reaches the brim before pouring the hot boiling water on top of the umbrella.
Allow 3-4 hours for the coffee to settle in the bottom of the led.
To make the coffee, first, boil the milk and then combine 3 teaspoons of coffee with 3-4 cups of milk. We adjust the amount of sugar to taste.
We distribute the coffee between the two using a steel tumbler until it turns frothy.
The coffee is served in a tumbler set, as is customary.
